You will be largely surveying a number of their key locations, looking at reflective ceilings and drawing them up on AutoCAD. This will be alongside general space planning work.
Suitable candidates will have gained some experience as a workplace space planner. You must have proven experience in spatial planning, with high emphasis on workplace design. You will be required to carry out measured surveys and produce general arrangement drawings. You should have proven experience in undertaking and drawing up site surveys and be able to work quickly and efficiently.
You should be able to provide solutions to space issues and developing space move proposals.
To be suitable for the role, you must be well versed in AutoCAD 2009 onwards. Some Archibus experience will be beneficial.
While a keen sense of spatial awareness is essential, some experience of CAFM and moves and changes will be desirable.
This is a permanent role starting , before Christmas 2013.
The salary offered will be £23-£24k depending on experience.
