What an opportunity to start a new exciting career in the New Year with this ever developing firm near Southampton who are looking for a housing specialist Architect.

This is a superb role for an experienced individual to put all of your housing expertise to great use in a progressive position.  This medium sized firm are ending the year strong and the prospects for 2014 are fantastic, this is mainly as a result of their growing reputation within the large scale housing sector.  The role will be working closely with the Urban Design Partner and your focus will primarily be on all things planning and design.  As such we are expecting to be wowed by your masterplans, layouts, house designs and expert knowledge of planning applications.  You will be proficient on AutoCAD and capable producing high level hand drawings also.  If you have previously worked in house with a top national developer you will be of particular interest though applicants who have worked for similar consultancies are strongly encouraged to apply.

On offer is a key role within the recognised firm, you will join as a Designate Associate Director with salary circa £40,000.  After a successful probation of 6 months you will then become entitled to some great benefits such as healthcare and company car or car allowance.  You will be required to hold a full UK drivers license and there is a January start available here for the right person.
