Following the launch of the inaugural Production Managers Program, Berkeley Group, the UK's leading residential property developer is looking to recruit established project management, technical or surveying professionals who are interested in building luxury residential property. The structured program will be run through a selection of Berkeley Group’s luxury brands; St James, Berkeley Homes (Capital, Central London and Eastern Counties) and Berkeley First, where you will undertake a specific fast track 6 month structured training program and be mentored by senior directors. Upon successful completion of the program you will join one of the brands and go on to manage and develop projects on some of London and the South East’s most prestigious new homes.

Although no previous residential project experience is necessary, candidates must demonstrate strong experience within a construction or consultancy led environment. Ideally you will have dealt with premium product and understand the importance of design and managing relationships through the life cycle of a product.  Additionally, the right attitude/personality and passion are considered key traits for success. 
As a Manager you will drive the process on prime South East developments and drive a team responsible for managing projects from a build, technical or commercial management perspective on developments within a Berkeley operating company. 

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • High degree of commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair 
  • Demonstrable experience and presentation skills 
  • High resilient nature 
  • Detail and drive
  • Able to work in a team and on own initiative
