An award winning Architectural practice based in central London are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team. Working within the marketing team, the successful candidate will predominantly be working on preparing bid submissions and competitions and managing the bid process – analysing, recording, reporting and advising on practice wide bid activity. The candidate will have proven experience working on PQQs and ITTs, copywriting, proofing and bids and awards. InDesign is essential as well as good Office skills. This role requires someone with the ability to work well under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, experience working with senior management and have great common sense and approach to multi-tasking.
