An incredibly exciting opportunity for an Interior Retail CAD technician.

Hays are currently working with a British Multi national high street retailer looking for a CAD Technician on a permanent basis. The company is the largest clothing retailer in the UK. Making this a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic to be part of a well established growing company.

The role is based in Leicestershire and the salary is based on experience

For this role you will be expected to prepare store layouts in line with building regulations, fire regulations and workplace regulations. You will also be expected to work within a budget. You will be responsible for preparing and co-ordinating the working drawings and contracts. Your role will include dealing with Tender returns and alterations as well as liaising with external consultants and contractors. Visual Presentation to Board Members and Shop fitters will also be expected. You will be expected to be out on store visits and site visits where you will be expected to communicate with external and internal design teams.

For this role you must be:

-Fully proficient in AutoCAD
-Fully proficient in REVIT
-Retail Drawing experience (3-7 years)
-Excellent Communication skills- Verbal and Written
