- Complete bids and tenders for new business.
- Write and produce draft documents.
- Liaise with potential clients and their design teams to gain further information for bids.
- Carry out research, internally with the JRL Group members and externally as required, to support the bid proposal and presentation production.
- Utilise design software to produce drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate the arrival and distribution of information between the employer’s agent and the preconstruction team.
