Position: Technical Coordinator
Salary: up to £45,000 + car allowance/company car
An award-winning housing developer in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their team. This company specialises in affordable housing and aims to create sustainable new developments across the UK. Joining one of the leading housing developer companies in the UK, you will be proactive, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will supervise the detailed design of schemes from all aspects including engineering, house types, landscaping, planning, conveyance plans, legal agreements and any other information required for land, production, commercial, sales or customer service purposes. You will secure approvals from all relevant regulators including planning conditions, building regulations, code assessments and any other regulatory requirement. You will also effectively resolve queries from any source and deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally.
The main job responsibilities are:
To produce accurate detailed information in line with the programmes and budgets.
To check information from all sources for accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with Head of Technical to programme resources either externally or internally to meet business plan objectives in liaison with Technical Director.
To continuously improve product in terms of buildability, commerciality and quality.
To agree and monitor fees and budgets with Head of Technical and Commercial Department.
To manage and appoint external consultants to provide required information.
To provide all necessary associated Health & Safety information.
To respond to queries, problems in good time to meet business objectives.
