A busy architectural practice located in central Essex is on the hunt for a talented and career driven RIBA Part II or Recently Qualified Architect to aid in the delivery of a variety of residential projects.

With a reputation built on strong relationships with local planning authorities, local developers and large returning clients, they are looking for a like-minded individual that operates comfortably across all stages of the RIBA Plan of work (from conception through to planning, construction and contract administration through to completion).

Individuals that can display knowledge of Lifetime Homes and Housing Quality Indicators (HQI) along with a commercial awareness that includes aspects such as financial constraints will be at a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of projects from initial conception through to completion throughout Essex and the wider East Anglia region.
