A qualified RIBA Part 2 Architect is urgently required to join a fast paced, contemporary architectural practice in Liverpool, on a full time permanent basis. With a reputation built on strong relationships with local planning authorities, local developers and large returning clients, they are looking for a like-minded individual that operates comfortably across all stages of the RIBA Plan of work (from conception through to planning, construction and contract administration through to completion).

Our client specialise within the Heritage and Conservation sectors, with a depth of knowledge and experience that helps to preserve and regenerate some of the most valuable structures across the nation. The successful candidate will work directly with the practice Associates, Director & Project Team on a variety of projects. You will gain instant exposure to iconic projects - a perfect starting block for a driven and talented individual with aspirations to become an established architect.


  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding design talent
  • Produce strong presentational material
  • Work closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a clear, confident manner coupled with strong technical and conceptual software proficiency - experience using AutoCAD, 3DStudio MAX, Rhino and Revit Architecture is desirable.
