Architectural Assistant - Conservation
An opportunity has arisen within a fast paced architectural consultancy for three Architectural Assistants to join their friendly design team in North Wales, on a full time permanent basis.
Our clients have a bespoke approach to architecture, with expertise in conservation, heritage and architectural design. They are now set to make several key appointments over the forth coming months. With a focus on creating inspiring buildings with a sensitive & sleek vision, the successful individuals will gain instant exposure to notable industry projects.
Due to a succession of recent project gains, they require a number of Architectural Assistants (both RIBA Part 1 & Part 2’s) to work with notable clients and other members of the design team on initial conceptual design sketches through to building regulation drawing packages, producing high quality drawings using a variety of in house software programmes. Technical detailing is key in this role, and first rate AutoCAD abilities are essential.
Applicants wishing to apply will be degree qualified (or educated to degree level) and have previous experience working on conservation or listed building commissions, for an established consultancy. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential in order to succeed within this consultancy
