Our client specialise in renovations and conversation to high class new builds and fit out. They currently require a Project Coordinator / Document Controller to be site based in North London.
The project coordinator will be working very closely with the site team and reporting to the site manager.
Common duties will include:
-Maintain a document and drawing filing system in BIW and paper based as required
-Implement procedures to provide a satisfactory and efficient document control system
-Keeping, project library and project archiving services.
-Ensuring all site information and documents are allocated to the relevant individuals
-Ability to use drop box
Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in project coordination / document control and have experience of working on site.
This is a temporary to permanent position and starts immediately.
