A design orientated and commercially aware studio engaged with architecture, project management and urban design wish to add an experienced Project Architect to their intimate team in London on full- time, permanent basis.
With expertise across a broad range of sectors, scales and typologies, our clients boasts an impressive portfolio, comprising of mainly residential, education, commercial, mixed-use, community and sensitive conservation projects.
Employees of this practice are encouraged to challenge traditional consultancy conventions to deliver a competitive and design-focused service to clients, and as Project Architect you will be expect to carry brand values delivering projects to a high specification, on time and within budget.
You will be confident in creating building designs and highly detailed drawings, both by hand but predominantly using a multitude of up-to-date software applications including AutoCAD or Revit. Candidates with experience leading teams in the delivery of contracts and working alongside various professions on traditional and contemporary projects will be at a distinct advantage
Candidates will be confident working reasonably autonomously with excellent communication skills (including liaison with clients and design teams and technical report writing), but also as part of the close knit design team. In addition, applicants should also be qualified as a RIBA/ARB Architect.
You will be enthusiastic and passionate about good architecture and design specifically in the residential (social housing) sector, undertaking each project with a high level of personal commitment. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Architect delivering similar projects successfully is required.
