Location: Qatar

Role:

This role will suit a Senior Facilities Manager who comes from a hard services background who has excellent technical knowledge and can work closely with clients to advise them on the best strategy and methods and ensure successful delivery. The role will involve building and managing a team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in relevant discipline
  • Hard Service background with excellent technical knowledge of all services
  • Track record of working closely with clients managing successful teams and implementing policy and procedure for new build mega projects.
  • Background in major projects ideally including hospitality
  • New Build Project experience
  • Experience of being involved from early stages of project through to running a successful facilities services.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have had a successful and stable career in facilities management and have worked their way up into a managerial role. They will come from a technical background with relevant qualifications and knowledge to support this. Ideally with Middle East experience and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with the client based on success.
