Principal Architect - £45-55k - Surrey & London

This RIBA Chartered Practice that offers the full range of architectural services is urgently seeking a qualified Architect to manage their inhouse architectural team formed of Architects and Technologists. The Studio has been the product of an Architect/Contractor collaboration and work both independently and often together, offering services in a regular architectural capacity or as a full Turn-Key operation. They are also extremely busy working on their own development projects so it is an exciting organisation to be involved with!

They are seeking a senior level Architect to act as the Principal Architect/Practice Leader working on a diverse and varied portfolio of high-end residential schemes, both one-off and multi-unit, and regular projects with some of the world's leading contemporary artists and private galleries throughout the UK and overseas.
Your main role will be to supervise all aspects involved in the running of a small two office practice (Surrey ( central London), including marketing, securing new business, monitoring budgets, invoicing, managing regulatory requirements, managing staff, reporting to the Directors, etc.
As the Practice Leader you will have the opportunity to apply your own skill, experience and ambition to influence the shape and direction of the practice!
This is an absolutely fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career!

If you feel you've got the experience required for this role please send your application to architecture@adremgroup.com for the attention of Ian Whitear.
