An internationally successful company is looking to add an architectural assistant to their team in Oxfordshire. This job has been created due to continued expansion and it is an excellent time to join. The company offers a range of services and is one of the leading consultancies in the world.

The ideal candidate will be involved in the following:


Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
· Working as part of a team in the preparation of production information and working drawing packages
· Preparing concept scheme designs from Client briefs
· Compilation of reports and documents and supporting the rest of the team in draughting documents for bids, expressions of interest and competitions
· Client facing responsibilities
· Communicating schemes in a mixed portfolio of media from 2D CAD to the latest photorealistic 3D software packages
· Preparing quickly feasibility options for various projects and working with other disciplines to test the validity of designs
· The ability to develop details based on the hand sketches/details
· Responsible for completion of tasks assigned to time and quality
· Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks within the discipline
· Responsible for compliance procedures and implementation of procedures
· Managing one's own time and Keeping abreast of latest trends and technologies

Mandatory Requirements:
· Proficient in AUTOCAD
· RIBA Part 1 qualified

Desirable Requirements:

Working Knowledge of software's such as 3DMax, Photoshop, Sketchup etc
· Experience of working on projects within the Education (Schools/Universities), Healthcare, Industrial or Commercial sectors
· Prior experience of working within an Architectural Practice or within a Consultancy Environment
· Previous experience of producing concept designs
· Able to draw 'free hand' sketches and illustrate to a high level
· Able to present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
· Capable of working and completing tasks independently as well as demonstrating a strong team work skills
· Able to demonstrate an adaptable and approachable approach to your role
