Our client, a Cheltenham based successful and expanding Architectural Consultancy Practice is looking for an Architectural Technologist who is looking for a long term position.

Specialising in providing supporting Technical Packages to their Clients they have a varied client portfolio of Local, Regional and National House Builders

They supply packages for both Affordable and Open Market Housing projects and work on a variety of residential project sizes ranging from small sites of under 10 units to larger schemes up and around 200 units with a mixture of flats and houses.

Candidates experience:

Preparing and managing construction drawing and detail drawing packages.

Sound technical knowledge, full understanding of construction techniques and detailing.

In-depth understanding of The Building Regulations / NHBC standards is essential.

Experience of coordinating projects and interacting with all internal and external team members.

You will also be required to have a thorough knowledge of:

Lifetime Homes

Housing Quality Indicators (HQI)

SAP and Code for Sustainable Homes knowledge.

The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience (UK based) working on residential projects.
High proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD.
The ability to work independently.
Work in friendly professional environment as a team member and a proficient communicator.

Full UK driving license.
