Are you an impressive architectural designer with enthusiasm for the housing sector? If so this Midlands based opening could be for you....

One of the Country's premier house builders are going through an exciting time where they are looking to develop their house type design to ensure they are at the forefront of the industry.  With huge amount of work on-going and consistently building on their standing in the UK housing sector they are now looking for someone to come in and play a key part in the appearance of the homes they're building.  You ideally will have worked in the design team within a house builder previously though a strong background in a dedicated consultancy or architecture firm working on residential projects will be considered.  You will be mainly free hand sketching though AutoCAD experience would also be advantageous.  You'll be making alternations as well as offering new design input to the existing house types as the firm continue to evolve.  You will work between both the design/planning department as well as the technical so it's key you have a commercial awareness of what can be realistically be done rather than just concept.

On offer is a permanent position with immediate interviews available, salary is circa £40,000 dependant on your experience and ability.  The firm are based near Tamworth so reachable from various regions in the Midlands.  On top of the basic you will also be entitled to a company car and other benefits.
