Two positions have opened up with a top Hertfordshire Construction firm in the form of an Architect and Architectural Technician/Technologist.
With over two decades in the industry this friendly and thriving outfit are looking to add some real talent to their internal architectural arm of the firm. Offering the full service to their clients from design through to delivery this is an exciting chance to work on projects that actually are completed! They mainly work on bespoke high value residential projects but also do undertake larger developments as well.
For both positions we are hoping to see a background full of quality residential schemes. The firm are also advocates of Revit so it's desired you are a confident user on this tool as well as AutoCAD. The technical led position is going to challenge your skills producing technical drawings and detailing without supervision. The Architect role will involve technical aspects but also have you involved in the design aspects of projects so you should be a strong all-rounder. Both positions require a strong knowledge of UK building regulations and we are also after confident communicators given responsibilities such as job running/client liaison.
These positions are available immediately on a permanent basis. Salary for the technical led role is between £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on your ability and experience of which we are seeking a minimum of 5 years in the UK. The Architect position is between £35,000 - £42,000 again dependant on your experience, we will consider senior Part IIs as the qualification isn't as important as your UK experience.
The firm are based just North of London in Hertfordshire reachable from applicants based in the Northern Home Counties. We are also encouraging applications from you if based in London with good train links out as you can reach their town in around 20 minutes from Kings Cross.
