Part 2 Assistant/Newly Qualified Architect
An extraordinary opportunity in Middlesex has arisen for an experienced Part II Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect.
A small but flourishing architects practice have a permanent opening which offers superb career development and the chance for you to develop invaluable skills. As summer 2014 continues the trend for the entire year with workload continuing to grow the friendly practice are looking to get a brilliant individual on board. They mainly work in the residential sector with prime one off homes and are beneficiaries of a sterling reputation which sees them secure exciting schemes in their region. They also undertake schemes of a larger scale and currently have an exciting hotel project on the go. For you to really stand out for this role we are looking for you to have a minimum 5 years in UK practice experience ideally with some solid residential experience. You're going to be an impressive, intelligent and confident individual who seeks the excitement of running your own projects from presenting to clients to dealing with site issues down the line. You will be a skilful 3D designer and if you have any ArchiCAD experience you'll really stand out, however if not a strong background on other 3D tools will be required so you can transfer without too much issues. The position will not only give you the chance to further develop your all-round skills it will also give you the opportunity to learn the business and commercial side to running projects. it's certainly a progressive position as well with the goal for you to hit a level where you can run your own teams.
We are offering immediate interviews for relevant applicants which will be held in the Middlesex office reachable from the Home Counties and parts of London with good links to the West. As we are welcoming applications from varying level candidates salary is dependent on experience and ability but will fall within the £25,000 - £35,000 bracket.
