Our client, a multi-disciplined practice renowned for its high-end solutions within the Healthcare & Higher Education sectors is urgently seeking an Architectural Technician & Recently Qualified Architect to join its rapidly expanding team in Kent.
The succesful applicants will get immediate exposure to notable industry builds of varied scale with an initial focus on the interiors of existing builds.
You should be able to prove an ability to work autonomously when required, and demonstrate previous & relevant sector experience. Those with small scale project running experience will be shown a preference, this also qualifies experienced Architectural Assistants.
AutoCAD proficiency is essential, with knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop & Revit being an advantage. The practice is in transition from AutoCAD to Revit, therefore, you will be given training and the opportunity to implement and hone your Revit skills on live projects.
