My client is a successful marker leader in Town Planning and Design with a number of offices throughout the UK. The Town Planning team currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Planner at the new multidisciplinary offices in Central Reading.

The Senior Town Planner will be amongst specialist teams in architecture, graphic design and landscape. The planning team are predominantly involved in medium to large scale residential and commercial developments as well as mixed use. The ideal Senior Planner will have previous consultancy experience in these sectors, ideally 5 years' post qualification and must be a chartered member of the RTPI. The Senior Town Planner must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with a proven track record of liaising with clients and producing an exceptional standard of work.

Key responsibilities:
*Promoting medium-large residential and mixed use developments
*Preparing and submitting of planning applications
*Policy representations and economic statements
*Developing client relationships and co-ordinating project teams
*Carrying out site appraisals and client research
