THE ROLE

We are seeking a SENIOR TOWN PLANNER to join our client in their Bedfordshire office.

You will be either almost chartered or already MRTPI qualified.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a multi disciplinary firm of consultants offering a range of services along with a thriving town planning service working closely with clients in the private and public sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Town Planner either already chartered or almost chartered.

Our client is working on a large amount of new development plans and strategic new settlements and you will have the opportunity of working with clients in the private and public sectors.

You should have previous experience of working in development management led work and a good understanding of local and national planning policy is required.

You will have the opportunity of working across the full spectrum of town planning activities, including the promotion of large scale development opportunities. You will also be able to work on the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals for a range of development types and local plan representations.

This is a new role in our clients' existing team in their Bedfordshire office.

You will need to have a UK driving licence.

Salary in the range of £30000 to £34000 slightly negotiable plus pension and other benefits.
