Your new company
We are recruiting for a major London hospital, for their significant estates team. They have a CAD team responsible for minor projects across the whole estate, including changing of usage, movement of people and changing working and ward areas, condition surveys, updating cad records.
Your new role
Due to the size and breadth in building-types across the estate, the role will be varied, covering all of the duties listed above. You will be liaising with various stakeholders across the hospital.
What you'll need to succeed
They will consider architectural assistants, as well as CAD assistants, or professional space planners. NHS experience would be an advantage but not essential providing there are transferable skills such as having worked in a large or busy commercial environment (whether it be directly or through a design consultancy setting). AutoCAD skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
The role is on an-ongoing basis and has the possibility to permanent. The team is settled and the estates office is a friendly and helpful environment. Rate will be dependant on experience, but will be appropriate and competitive for the skill and experience level.
