A global residential property owner, with over 1400 properties in London, is looking for a talented Architect Assistant to join their design team and assist in managing a growing portfolio of residential refurbishments and upgrades.

This property owner not only has investment in some of the world's most exciting cities, but also the development and renovation to uplift standard of living. Their core values are embedded in their work ethos, creating a motivating and inspirational working environment.

Remuneration; £20,000 - £30,000 (Dependant on experience)

Extras; phone, laptop, internal real estate training courses + global trips.

The Role;

You will be required to optimise the design of existing properties to match the business model, whilst applying your creative flair. Working closely with the Country Manager, you will work from conception to planning and tender, and be responsible for floorplan designs, CGI visualisations for marketing, planning for façade renovations and staircase renovations and support in planning applications.

Requirements;

  • Part 1/2 RIBA qualified
  • Knowledge and experience in the residential sector
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit/Navisworks experience desirable)
  • Demonstrate technical skills and creative flair
  • Proven experience in CGI/Visualisations
