Interior Architect for a long-term heritage estate redevelopment located within rural Suffolk.
Your new company
Your new company aims to restore the natural Suffolk landscape. They require an interior architect to develop the buildings and return stability to a land rich in wildlife. They provide an excellent opportunity to create a new legacy within the environment and as the interior architect on the project you will play a vital part in this project.
Your new role
As an Interior Architect you will get to work on restoring and redeveloping grand estate buildings within ancient farmland and gentle valleys. You will be developing the next centuries worth of use from these ancient buildings. As interior architect you will be leading the vision of this redevelopment, liaising with clients, contracts and specialists. You will be creating unique manors, farmhouses and cottages spread across over 5000 acres of timeless landscapes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be passionate about historical buildings, and successfully balance design with consumer demand. You will be ARB registered with at least 3 -5 years experience ideally within hospitality or high-end residential. You will be confident in dealing with contractors and clients and successful in handling objections from all parties. You will be able to understand and develop the original vision successfully incorporate this through the entire development. You will be able to hand sketch and be proficient in SketchUp. Experience working within projects would be beneficial, although not essential.
