Architectural Technician or Technically minded Architect invited to join medium sized Architectural Practice as they have been successful across a number of high profile bids. You will report directly into he senior management team and be responsible for heading up projects and leading your team.

Client Details

Long established Architectural Studio with an impressive portfolio focusing its attentions in the retail space, working with the UK's most cherished brands and retail developers. At present, their current live portfolio is circa £100mn with a projects across the UK.

Working at BIM L2, the studio works predominantly in REVIT. Their intimate team is welcoming and strives to work collaboratively with employees at all levels involved and actively contributing to the successful delivery of a project throughout all RIBA stages.

Description

Working on a number of high profile multi-million pound projects throughout the UK, you will be an integral part of the team. Duties will include:

  • Leading projects throughout the RIBA work's schedule;
  • Liaising with clients directly to ascertain and determine articulate brief;
  • Manage and mentor junior members of staff;
  • Site meetings with contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Profile

    An interest in the retail sector is beneficial as work predominantly focuses around this area. A medium sized practice, it is critical you enjoy working in a team and are inquisitive, enjoy discussing and exploring a brief to its full potential. You will have experience job running and are comfortable both in earlier design stages and more technical elements equally. You will have experience using REVIT.
