Your new role
You will be working predominantly on education projects, initially, although you will later be expected to turn your hand to residential work, depending on workload. Working drawings will take up a large portion of your time, along with visiting site.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent construction knowledge and understanding is imperative, along with a keen eye for design. You will be a fully qualified Architect, who enjoys working as part of a team. Technical ability is paramount, with proficiency in AutoCAD a must, and practical Revit experience advantageous. Your portfolio will boast a variety of high quality work. You must be a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and can work to tight deadlines.
What you'll get in return
You will be treated to two trips away a year, both fully paid for by the practice - one in Europe and the other on the South Coast. You will have access to a pool car, when needing to get to site. Your RIBA/ARB membership will be paid for and you will receive generous contributions towards your pension.
