Your new employer are a large RIBA registered practice based in the centre of Chichester. They have a mixed portfolio of project work and an exciting set of current projects that includes master planning, school developments, high profile commercial work and residential design. Your new role
As Architect, you will gain the opportunity to work alongside the rest of the circa 40 strong team including directors, associates and assistants. Your role will be to take the lead, dealing with client and contractors, and see projects through inception to completion through all RIBA stages ideally using Revit software. You should be able to demonstrate a range of design and technical delivery skills and be a capable and independent designer with a detailed understanding of the construction and design process from inception to delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need an obvious passion for Architecture and a real drive and determination to progress your career. There is plenty of scope for development and the chance to work across varied sectors, so you will need to be a proven team player and show outstanding flexibility to help achieve often demanding customers' requirements. You should demonstrate outstanding communication skills to nurture new and existing customers. Any Revit based skills would be a considerable advantage but AutoCAD fluency as ever is a must
