One of the UK's most successful developers renowned for the delivery of new homes in London is on the market for a senior individual to head up a team of 5 in-house technical staff.

As the team leader, you will manage the technical output of your team to deliver full working drawings, responsible to the Technical Director and Divisional Director working on phased developments comprising, RC frame, top-down construction, high rise/end residential apartments including duplex and penthouse units, levels of basement and more.

You should have a strong, pro-active and positive mind-set with the ability to manage and motivate a high performing technical team compromising of leading architectural technologists with a wealth of proven developer-led residential experience.

This position is best suited to a technically minded individual with aspirations to become a technical manager or director within an award-winning firm.
