Senior Town Planner
We are seeking a SENIOR TOWN PLANNER to join our client in their WARWICKSHIRE office.
You will be Degree qualified in Town Planning or similar subject with a three years or more Town Planning experience and be either almost chartered or already chartered.
Our client works on a good range of projects for both private and public sector clients.
Our client is a multi disciplinary firm of consultants offering a range of services along with a thriving town planning service working closely with clients in the private and public sectors.
They have a large number of offices across the U.K.
You will be a Senior Town Planner with a relevant Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Planning & Development or similar relevant degree at 2:1 level or first.
You will need to have at least three years or more town planning experience gained either in private practice or local authority and be either almost MRTPI or already chartered.
Roles and responsibilities will include:-
You will work on a number of projects concurrently.
Experience of giving planning advice, managing associated external consultants and the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and local plan representations.
You will need excellent communication skills and good written and spoken English and be able to work on a number of projects at a time.
You will need to have a UK driving licence.
Salary in the range of £32000 to £34000 negotiable plus bonus, pension contribution and health insurance.
