Your new company
Your new practice are an award winning and flourishing design led and modern international architectural practice based in West Sussex, dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in architecture, master planning and design. Their exciting portfolio of projects, includes resort design, master planning, luxury residential high rise, mixed use development, commercial buildings, cruise liners and theme park design.

Every new project is undertaken as a totally independent design challenge. Evolving around the client's dreams, the site opportunities, the local context and culture, the planning guidelines, the environment, and the construction budget. As most projects are situated overseas, in-country consultants work with the design team to help guide the design through local regulations and help with local construction technology and the selection of readily available construction technology and material.

Your new role
This is a hugely exciting time for the practice with a wide range of projects recently being realised and as a result require multiple candidates to join their existing team. As Technician or Technologist, you will assist small teams, possibly taking the lead and work on a very prestigious high-rise international project, some of which the office has already taken from concept to detailed design. You will be responsible for working with your lead Directors, Associates and Architectural Assistants, to bring the final stages of the project to life, therefore requiring you to be comfortable at the technical and detailed end of a project.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with high-rise project delivery would be ideal and candidates that have worked on international developments with ArchiCAD experience will be looked on favourably. You should have proven experience working in a similar role, working on complex projects which previously required a huge amount of attention to detail. Above all you should be a flexible, hardworking and passionate Technical candidate with a sense of fun and a can do attitude.

Because of the large amount of incoming project work, there are 3 separate positions available.

What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Design Studio with a friendly and fun culture and modern relaxed office atmosphere. You will be offered a competitive salary based on experience, with a very enjoyable working environment, alongside career progression and the opportunity to work on innovative and challenging projects. Your new office will provide you with unlimited fresh fruit, outstanding coffee and a diverse and relaxed atmosphere, where collaboration and fun are encouraged at all times. There are nearby shops, restaurants, bars and excellent transport routes to London with a 50-minute commute by train possible to Victoria Station.
