Your new company
A consultancy based in the bustling heart of Norwich City Centre. Offering Architectural and Planning services amongst others, they have a number of high-profile local projects, supported by all their services offered. A friendly office that has recently expanded, that boasts a collaborative culture centred around positive results for clients and the completion of spectacular projects. Due to company expansion and current project requirements, there is an immediate need for an Architectural Technician or Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant.

Your new role
In your new role as Architectural Technician or Part II you will have the opportunity to work on a flag-ship Central Norwich project. You will be an integral ;part of the team, helping deliver RIBA Stage 4 drawing packages, and construction information. As the scheme is being delivered in Revit, you will have the opportunity to learn the software on the job, or utilise your pre-existing knowledge of the programme. With a varied amount of other projects currently live and in the pipeline, there is no shortage of exciting schemes to get involved with also. You will be working in a vibrant open-plan office, with a great culture, and even an office dog.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant for this role, you will have a minimum of three-years post-qualification experience, with a particular focus on residential developments or student accommodation. You will be a self-motivated and have the ability to manage your own work-load to assist in the success of delivering quality schemes. Ideally you will have practical experience using Revit, and be working towards membership of a professional body. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
