Part 3 Qualified Architect (Residential/ Mixed Use)

AC2874231

Holloway, North London

Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)

We have an excellent new opportunity for a Part 3 Qualified Architect to be based within an award-winning, design-led practice situated in North London.

You will get the chance to join a team which is currently 16 strong (and expanding!) working on some of the most exciting residential and mixed use projects throughout the UK.

Ideally you will have knowledge of AutoCad and Revit although this is not essential as training on Revit can be provided for the right candidate.

To work as a Part 3 Qualified Architect you should:

  • Ideally have a number of years' worth of experience in an Architectural Practice. Post part 3 experience is beneficial but not necessary
  • Be Part 3 qualified and on the ARB register (ideally)
  • Have understanding of contracts administration (again, preferred but not essential)
  • Have the flexibility to be able to apply yourself to several projects at once

Commutable locations for this Part 3 Qualified Architect: Stratford, Harrow, Holloway, Wembley, Edgware, Barnet, Hampstead Heath
