RIBA Appointments is proud to represent an award winning practice that has extensive experience in the heritage, residential and commercial sectors. The practice are seeking an enthusiastic candidate whether (Part II, technician, technologist or architect) to join the team and deliver a range of existing projects predominantly within the residential and leisure sectors.

Currently there is an extensive line of projects for the right candidate to work on, one of the main projects is for the assistance with a new 30 unit sheltered housing project in Greater London, working on RIBA Plan of Work Stage 4 (Stages E - G).

You will be have but not limited to:
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• The responsibility for projects from inception to completion
• Be self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Strong practical ability in detailing with patience for developing best aesthetic solutions
• High proficient use of AutoCAD and a level 1 understanding of Revit
• Experience of NBS specification writing.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• A strong technical knowledge
• Fully conversant with current UK Building Regulations and residential design guides, particularly elderly care
• Experience of coordinating and liaising with other parties of the development team and authorities
