An exciting, urgent opportunity has become available at a close-knit Architectural Practice based in an iconic part of London. This is a 2-3 month contract at first with the view for long term extension. Rate is circa £20/hr depending on experience.

For this role you will need to have at least 2 years PQE, experienced part II's may be considered if you have the relevant sector and software experience. You will need to have sound knowledge of either the high-end residential sector or listed buildings/conservation sectors as company in question specialise in these areas and the project you will be working on falls under both sectors. You will be working within the planning stages so experience of completing planning application drawings is a necessity. Vectorworks fluency is a must and you will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running.

The practice is a close knit group with a huge increase in workload in the high-end residential sector. Previous projects have been refurbishments in the likes of Mayfair and Chelsea. They are looking to add to their team for the long haul with clear views of career progression within the firm. This is an urgent position and you will need to be available to start a new role within a week in order to be considered.
