Your new company
A new job has arisen for an Associate / Director level Architect to join a national multi-disciplinary private practice in Perth. This job will be based within their Perth office and you'll work in a team of Architects, Architectural Technicians, Building Surveyors and Assistants. The design team you'll be part of will work in very much a rural project setting, allowing you to work on some of the most iconic buildings in the area.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for inspiring and mentoring the internal team, pitching and presenting to clients, developing design and provide technical leadership. Commercial management, new business strategies and proven strong relationships with key clients are also critical. This is a superb opportunity to join an organisation that are not only hungry to grow, but one that is keen to take on the challenge of improving on their design output, especially within the rural and commercial sectors. You'll need to have a flair for design and experience, ideally, with residential projects in a rural setting and/or commercial projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record developing and winning client business. You'll have an extensive network of Architectural professionals and clients already and be ingrained into the Architecture marketplace, preferably around Perth, Dundee and Stirling areas. You'll operate at a very Senior level and Associates, Associate Directors and Directors will be considered for this post. You will be confident in managing the client relationship, preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client. You'll develop concept design solutions to meet client expectations whilst discussing objective, requirements and budget of the project. You'll be able to control all aspects of the project from start to finish ensuring it is completed on time and on budget. This must be evidenced. Revit experience is desirable but not essential.
