BIM Coordinator opportunity within Leading AJ120 practice working on live projects.
AJ120 practice with offices throughout the UK and internationally too. The Studios are fully BIM implemented working to L2 minimum with all staff using REVIT.
The role will initially involve assisting in the development, management and coordination of a BIM model whilst co-ordinating third party data. Following on from this you will then be working on multiple projects, through all stages.
The role requires a person who:
- Has an understanding of COBie data
- Has some technical construction experience
- Has experience in a work setting and proven knowledge and application of Revit (min. two years) and Navis works (six months) software
- Will be expected to travel to projects they are working on for regular site, design and client meetings.
You will be dependable, loyal, a good listener and enjoy working in a logical and systematic manner. Standard operating procedures are important aspects of this role and as such, it will require an individual who is organised, structured, self-controlled and capable of communicating facts within the required area of knowledge and expertise.
