Your new company
Your new employer is a well-established, high profile and forward thinking RIBA charted Architectural practice from Chichester. Your new role
As Architect, regardless of your experience level, you will deliver a range of projects across multiple sectors to a diverse client base. Your wider team will include, Directors, Associates, Part 1s, 2s and technicians and you will gain ownership from day one, delivering projects from inception to completion. Every Architect in the team gains enormous support and is awarded a project to lead on, particularly important for recently qualified candidates. The wider team come together consistently to offer advice support and pass on previous experiences as you aim to surpass your client's expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
Architects at all stages of their career will be considered for the position. The Practice is eager to speak with motivated and talented Architects, including newly qualified Architects. Revit experience is preferred, as are candidates that have either education or medium to large scale residential experience. You should be hungry for development and have a real passion for what you do. Surrounded by positive and supportive Architects, technologists and assistants, you need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, progress, and ability to influence the way your new employer shapes its culture over the coming months and years.
