Your new team are an outstanding practice based just outside Brighton. They are one of the leading and most respected and established practices locally employing over 25 people and have grown significantly in size over the last five years. Their project work is primarily based in the leisure industry although work in other sectors is not uncommon. They have a solid client base including some blue chip names who they have fostered long and successful relationships with to ensure continued success for the practice.
Your new role
As a result of continuous development and aim to both grow the practice and increase the quality of Architects within the business, a position exits for an experienced candidate to join the existing team. You will be responsibility for leading on and delivering outstanding solutions and therefore be both be client facing and technically minded to provide solutions to enhance the client journey. Critical and immediate need however is to work on a number of feasibility studies for a trusted and high profile client, so you should have a willingness and passion for creating space and being able to make assessment and suggestions to achieve maximum project potential.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced and professionally qualified ARB Architect that has worked on Leisure industry projects, (hotels bars, restaurants in particular) or high value complex jobs circa £10million in value. Candidates with Vectorworks fluency would be of particular interest although full training will be given for the right candidates. The current team are diverse and collaborative, so team players and supportive mentors would fit in well with the ethos that this friendly and modern practice promotes.
