With fantastic project pipeline and opportunities for growth, they are seeking a talented Senior Design Architect to join the team.

Your new role
In your new role as Senior Design Architect you will be responsible for flexing your design skills to create quality developments in the residential sector. Feasibility, scheme, and detail design will be your primary focus with the opportunity to lead a team of driven designers and technicians, embodying design integrity and supremacy. You will have the opportunity also to liaise across various disciplines, planning authorities, external consultants, and internal stakeholders. This role will have primary focus on RIBA Stages 0-3.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Architect you will be passionate about delivering design quality and integrity, in line with core values such as function, form, and usability. You will have some track record in delivering residential projects, desirably apartments and small developments. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to direct teams and manage internal and external stakeholders, with sound understanding of the planning process. Software fluency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software is essential, whilst Revit experience would be advantageous though not essential.
