Your new company
Your new company specialises in high end residential projects with the ambition to be the Architect of choice for high end clients. They deliver a fantastic service by having a team of Architects and Interior Designers side by side to deliver a full service. The typical projects that this company take on are residential extensions, listed and heritage buildings and contemporary new build. They are expanding, and are now looking for their next eager Project Architect to guide the team to more success through passion and innovation.

Your new role
In this new role, you will be talking to both clients and external professionals to ensure that projects run smoothly from conception to completion. To ensure that the projects run smoothly, you will need to make sure that you understand the clients requirements are known fully. You will be in a position to advise clients whether the project itself is feasible, and consult clients if it needs tweaking to make their dreams a reality.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a competent understanding of ArchiCAD. However, additional training will be given to get you up to speed with the software. Additionally, having worked on high end residential buildings is a big advantage to your success as a majority of their work involves working on high end residential projects. You will need experience in previous roles of running projects and leading a team, preferably from conception to completion. A full driving license will also be advantageous to your success as you will be meeting with clients to take briefs for new projects and going on site visits.
