Your new company
Your new company is a specialist Commercial and Residential firms, currently completing a lot of projects for offices. They have gradually been getting busier for the past couple of years and are now looking to take on the next member of their team as a Senior Architect.

Your new role
In your new role you will be leading teams and projects from concept to completion. You will be required to attend site visits and liaise with both clients and contractors. You will be involved in the training and mentoring of more junior staff, and help mould the direction of the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your application for this role, and to be successful in your new company it is essential that you know AutoCAD, along with Sketchup and Indesign. You must have previous experience of leading teams and projects, and have experience of projects from conception to completion. An additional requirement is that you must be ARB registered with a design ability. Commercial experience is beneficial, and a good level of communication is required as you will be dealing with a number of different people throughout your job.
