Part III RIBA Architect or experienced Part II
The role: Due to increasing demand, we are delighted to be seeking an experienced, talented, and proactive RIBA Part III Architect or Part II qualified Architectural Assistant. You should have excellent design flair, good attention to detail, able to interact with Clients and Consultants confidently, with drive, and a good work ethic. You will be working on bespoke residential new-build projects, produced using our system based on stunning oak frames, creating instant and timeless character, and highly energy efficient and sustainable encapsulation systems. All are fabricated in-house and erected on-site by our highly-skilled team of Carpenters.
What you'll need to succeed: You will be working alongside our In-House Architectural, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Frame and Encapsulation Design, Project Management, and Production teams. Strong communication is key. Experience in all RIBA Work Stages is essential. You must be conversant in AutoCAD and Sketchup. The minimum industry experience is 5 years.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing development. Salary of £30,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus company-wide profit share scheme.
