Based in the heart of Brighton, this open-plan, friendly practice are a vibrant, hard-working and passionate team who assist in the surveying and design side of projects, with involvement in construction and regulation aspects of the work too. Their approach is very design-led with great attention to detail, to ensure the best results. They strongly believe in always putting the client's needs and budget first, taking their vision to site and solving any design issues intelligently. Most of their projects are bespoke, residential projects across Sussex, Surrey and London.

Your new role
You will be working alongside other members of the team as well as running your own projects; following job leads, meeting clients and bringing their vision to life by using your knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit, InDesign and other computer design packages. The company are also willing to help you develop your skills and grow alongside their business.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have experience of using CAD and working within an architectural practice on various types of construction and design-based projects. You should also have an understanding of UK buildings and construction techniques and regulations within the industry. To be truly successful, you will need to be self-motivated, responsible, punctual, but most of all, be willing to learn and grow.
