An exceptionally rare opening within a truly creative design studio in sunny Cornwall for an Architect.

If you've been thinking about relocating to the South West for a better work/life balance, opportunities don't come much better than this. And if you're already Cornwall-based, trust me, this environment is more creative and more inspiring than where you're currently working.

You will be the lead designer on multiple bespoke residential new-builds and refurbishments for developers and private clients across the UK and internationally. You'll be joining a small, friendly team who pride themselves on honesty, openness and integrity and always design with their clients' best interests at heart.

They're offering you the opportunity to lead and run several exciting projects, to lead and manage a team and to progress to Associate level within a very realistic time period. They're keen that you continue to challenge them on new design methods like VR implementation, that you continue to develop on their growing client base and that you help to grow their brand across the South West.

About you? You'll be ARB and RIBA registered, you'll have experience working across RIBA stages 0-7 and a sound knowledge of UK building regulations and their application. The studio use Macs, and Archicad primarily as a tool, so experience would be desirable but not essential and you'll be keen to

You'll be offered a salary of up to £45,000, depending on prior experience. You'll get your professional memberships reimbursed, you'll get staff away days, team lunches and flexibility on working hours in addition to usual holidays and pension contributions. Most importantly though, they want to support your ongoing self-development always to make sure you are valued and using your skills to the maximum benefit of yourself and the business.

To apply, or to find out more, get in touch with Joe on 0117 284 0069 or email joe.b.a4ljqh7jl10@mustardjobs.aptrack.co.uk. All applications and communication will be received in strict confidence.
