A Fantastic opportunity has become available for a Design focused Architect to work for a well-established practice based in Surrey. This is a 3 month contract with a rate circa £22/hr Ltd depending on experience.
You will be working on large scale residential developments and apartments so it is vital that you have a background in this area, 300 units+. The majority of your work will lean toward the front end so design capabilities will need to be of a high standard. Revit is the main software so fluency is a must.
The company in question are an AJ100 practice with a number of different offices across the UK. With a huge increase in workload in the residential sector they are seeking for an individual who is available at short notice with the potential for extension.
