Opportunity for a Technical Coordinator within a Luxury developer in the West Midlands. Role focuses on the Architectural aspects and would suit an Architectural Technician from a competitor or from practice focusing on residential developments with a couple years experience or more.

Focusing on the higher end of the market, they are experiencing a new phase of growth to develop a new client base and remain current with their client base and apart from competitors.
Forming a critical part of the Technical team, your primary role will be to collate technical information from external consultants and colleagues in other departments to ensure and facilitate the smooth movement of accurate information in line with the build program.
You will required to assess and evaluate work from consultants and value engineer design when required to improve cost deficiencies.
Ideally you will come from a competitor and be familiar with the process in receiving, collating and releasing technical information between all relevant stakeholders. An understanding of the planning process is essential and you will be an apt communicator in order to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders articulately.
Minimum experience will be 5yrs working in house with a developer, however candidates with strong experience working in the residential sector e.g. consultancy side will also be considered.
You must be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of HQI's, Access Audits, NHBCs, Building Regulations, Robust details, SBD, LTH, CfSH and BS8300.
