Job Type
Very excited to talk with Technicians, Technologists and Architects confident with all technical aspects about this opening based in Cambridge.

An ambitious young man with an impressive background is full steam ahead with his new company as a result of some close-knit relationships with small to medium scale developers. He's got a pipeline of work that much more established firms would be envious of, but he can't do it all himself, though in it's infancy at present there is really potential behind this business. He's secured his office space in a useful area of Cambridge where you can avoid the City Centre rush and has parking to benefit individuals driving in. With room for an initial team of 4 he's keen to get this first integral hire right and is going to reward someone with more than just a 'job'.

To be a potential fit you'll:

Have circa 5 years in the UK market working on technical delivery of schemes, ideally residential work.
Possess a true confidence with UK building regulations.
A personality to suit working, and socialising on occasion, with clients to maintain and develop relationships
Suit a self-sufficient role with an attitude of wanting to work hard and push the business on
Be proficient with AutoCAD

The setup will be with the Founder to continue the front-end aspects of the projects from initial client engagement and design through to planning. Here you step in with ownership on the delivery of the schemes, you'll be producing the drawings as well as coordinating with necessary parties. In return for you high standard of work you'll receive:

A permanent salary to £35,000
Potential to get involved with Profit Share and be able to potentially become a part owner of the business.
A level of freedom in your role in terms of you managing yourself and diary, as long as in line with the high standards being set as a foundation.
The chance to be joining a start-up and impact the company in the immediate and long-term future.

I'm genuinely excited to see where this company goes to and feel as though it could be such a great opportunity for the right individual who really wants to be a lead within a company but want the stability with the role that going self-employed doesn't offer.

I'm going to be interviewing individuals from July 16th - July 20th for this position with a view of lining up interviews with the client through the end of July. Please get your CV, portfolio and ID to me to ensure we can talk about this role further.
