A lot of the drawing work is outsourced and so this is more of a co-ordination role where your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and accuracy of information to be received and advanced in a timely manner for start on site. You will then be working on schemes as they go live, answering queries and ensuring quality of build.
A minimum of 3 years experience within the Architectural/Construction industry is required in order to fully understand the varying complexities of development. you will be fully rehearsed with building regulations and familiar with NHBCs and an awareness of LTH, CfSH, SAP Calcs etc. Strong communication skills are required as well as a desire to get fully involved and work on some challenging sites that a re a mix of brown and greenfield land.
