Opportunity for a Revit competent Technician/Technologist to join an established multidisciplinary practice, and work closely with the Architects and other members of the team through technical stages.

Client Details

Multidisciplinary practice with an extensive portfolio covering a vast array of sectors, offering clients a one-stop service for all their construction requirements including civils, project management, engineering and Architecture.

They are best known for their work in the retail, residential and commercial sectors, although do an extensive amount equally in the public domain, particularly education.

Description

You will be working alongside senior architects/technologists to deliver the technical packages, mainly new build, commercial, industrial and residential projects across the UK.

Majority of projects are delivered in Revit and you will be working on live models with mutliple stakeholders.

Profile

Strong Revit experience is essential for this position. You will have a good working knowledge of UK building regulations, and an understanding of new build and refurbishment projects. You ideally will have some experience managing a team, or mentoring juniors. Strong communication is imperative as you will be working closely with colleagues and the client to meet tight deadlines.
